There’s a vehicle meta which has become prevalent in Call of Duty: Warzone in recent weeks, with many players taking advantage of their strength and ability to concoct surprise attacks.
While this has been relatively ignored by developers Infinity Ward, it seems they’re starting to take action – with Amos Hodge, from Warzone’s co-developer Raven Soft, confirming they had removed trucks from the Solos playlist entirely.
Solos is where trucks are most deadly, allowing players to simply mow down the scattered competition without worry of a squad taking you down. You can still find trucks in Duos and Trios.

The other vehicles are still present in Solos, although it’s reassuring they’re actively addressing the issue so Warzone doesn’t devolve into Twisted Metal.
This modification came as part of the recent patch, which added a Scopes and Scatter Guns Trios playlist – where it’s snipers and shotguns only.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare

General fixes
- Fixed an issue on PC where players would lose the ability to use Field Upgrades purchased when replacing Armor Plates while in the Buy Station menu
- Upon picking up a dropped SKS, the initial raise audio would be heard globally. This has been fixed.
- Fix for Azur’s “Brother’s Keeper” skin displaying the incorrect headgear while in the multiplayer squad walk
- Added icons to the killcam to show if you were killed by someone using Dead Silence or Stopping Power
- Fix for the stats graph for the Renetti appearing incorrectly
