Zer0 to join London Royal Ravens CDL roster, claims rumour

London Royal Ravens could be about to shake-up their roster by adding Zer0, pulling him away from New York Subliners.

Trei “Zer0” Morris could be moving from New York Subliners to London Royal Ravens, according to a new rumour.

Zer0 has been benched by New York Subliners since late February, following the team’s early woes in the Call of Duty League where he was replaced by Nick “Happy” Suda.

After a string of disappointing runs, London Royal Ravens are apparently now looking to shake-up their roster by acquiring Zer0.

According to reputable rumour Twitter account CDL Intel, Zer0 will be replacing Jordan “Jurd” Crowley on the starting line-up, who is believed to be staying with the team.

They also claim Royal Ravens substitute Dylan “MadCat” Daly was originally meant to be moved to the starting line-up, although this didn’t happen for an unknown reason.

Recent tweets from MadCat branding himself the “unluckiest gamer in CoD history” suggest something has gone awry.

It’s believed this roster switch will come into effect for the Call of Duty League Seattle Surge Home Series, although that depends on if it’s approved by the league in time.

London Royal Ravens, while in the middle of the Call of Duty League table with 50 points, have failed to match the top teams like Atlanta FaZe and Dallas Empire, so it’s perhaps unsurprising they’d want to make roster adjustments.

The Call of Duty League continues with the Seattle Surge Home Series on Friday 22nd May 2020.
