How to Join WoW Kalimdor Cup & Dates
First off, the new WoW Kalimdor Cup is a two-week event, running from 15 to 28 August 2023. To join the Kalimdor Cup, you will, of course, need to have unlocked dragonriding. This is a Dragonflight-only event.
You have to head to the Valdrakken region and then speak to Lord Andestrasz. The NPC is located near the Rostrum of Transformation and will offer you an initial quest to join the Kalimdor Cup!
All Kalimdor Cup Races & Modes
There are a total of sixteen (16) races spread across Kalimdor for this new WoW Dragonflight event. Each of these races features Normal, Advanced, and Reverse modes. WoW Kalimdor Cup Dragonriding Rewards
World of Warcraft players can earn several achievements for completing the races outlined in the previous section. Alongside the achievements, players can earn a brand-new WoW currency called Riders of Azeroth Badges.
You can exchange this new currency for rewards, which we’ve outlined below for your convenience.
Brand new dragon customizations:
- Windborne Velocidrake: Teal Scales
- Winding Slitherdrake: Curved Nose Horn
- Winding Slitherdrake: Blonde Hair
New Drake Racer’s transmog set:
- Drake Racer’s Helmet
- Drake Racer’s Shoulderpads
- Drake Racer’s Jersey
- Drake Racer’s Handwraps
- Drake Racer’s Belt
- Drake Racer’s Leggings
- Drake Racer’s Boots
If you’ve managed to purchase everything and have Riders of Azeroth Badges leftover or plan to earn even more, you can purchase as many Valdrakken Accord Insignias as you wish. This on-use item grants 2500 reputation with the Valdrakken Accord faction.
You can purchase all these items with your Riders of Azeroth Badges from the NPC Maztha in Valdrakken.
