Tarkov 2024 Roadmap: All EFT & Arena Confirmed Updates

Escape From Tarkov is one of the best competitive multiplayer games out there due to how much content is available in-game. Players can constantly loot other players to make the next run of the game easier. With the next wipe always looming in Escape From Tarkov, players are always looking for an edge. But the fact of the matter is that Escape From Tarkov is still in Beta and because of that, the game is constantly updating. Here's what we know about the game's current content roadmap for 2024 and beyond.

Escape From Tarkov 2024 Roadmap Overview

Unlike Tarkov: Arena, the official mainline game of 'Escape from Tarkov' has not released an official roadmap for the game in 2024. The most recent official roadmap was released way back in July 2023, but this only covered details up until the end of December 2023.

Despite the lack of an official roadmap, Nikita Buyanov - the Head of the Studio at Battlestate Games - provided something of an unofficial roadmap during a recent Tarkov TV segment, details of which you can find just below:

What's Coming to Escape from Tarkov in 2024?

• Weather-based seasons (similar to the recent addition of snow to the game)
• Two queues for Ground Zero map
  • one for players under LL15 and another for players over LL15.
• Rework of the game's visuals and vegetation
• A new endgame where players can 'escape' from Tarkov

Tarkov Arena 2024 Roadmap Overview

On 16 February 2024 the Battlestate Games team revealed what they're calling a "Preliminary roadmap to Escape From Tarkov: Arena" which appears to give a broad overview of the main updates coming to Tarkov Arena over the next six months.
