More and more information about the next World of Warcraft expansion keeps flooding in, from Ray Tracing support to NPCs acknowledging the players’ presence.
Now, we know what the cooking profession’s food will look like in Shadowlands, and the items have some really odd names.
World of Warcraft: Shadowlands food
There’s a whole lot of food to create, and digest in World of Warcraft: Shadowlands, with various buffs and even some new models for the feasts.
Hazel from HazelNuttyGames shared some of the Shadowlands food names on Twitter.

As you can see, the names are quite hilarious and not-so-appetizing. However, the two new feasts you can cook up for your raid party do look fantastic.
The Shadowlands feasts are:
- Surprisingly Palatable Feast – Small
- Feast of Gluttonous Hedonism – Large

From the Pickled Meat Smoothie to the Meaty Apple Dumplings, and Banana Beef Pudding, the names for Shadowlands food are really strange.
Many of them sound absolutely disgusting, but discovering and cooking these “meals” is an exciting prospect indeed.
There’s even some play on words, for example, the “Lost Sole” fish ingredient, which gets us excited to level those Fishing and Cooking professions once Shadowlands releases in Q4 of 2020.
Call it morbid curiosity, if you will…
