Best M13 loadout for Warzone Season 5

The M13 may not be the gun it used to be but it can still impress in Warzone Season 5 and in this guide we explore the best loadout for this versatile assault rifle.

The M13 has definitely seen better days. Once one of the most popular assault rifles in Call of Duty: Warzone it now only squeezes into the top 20 most used guns in Verdansk.

That is not to say it is a bad weapon per se, it still offers a ridiculous fire rate and virtually no vertical recoil and can be rightly described as having the potential to "melt".

However, since the game's launch, it has been the victim of certain tweaks, and ultimately the inclusion of new shinier weapons that have led to its pick rate tumbling. But, that doesn't mean it's useless, far from it, and with the best loadout out it can still be considered one of the better assault rifles in Warzone Season 5.

So if you are a sucker for the familiar or just want a trip down memory lane, then check out our M13 loadout optimised for Season 5 and see if you can't teach this old dog some new tricks.

  • Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor
  • Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip
  • Ammunition: 60 Round Mags
  • Optic: VLK 3.0x Optic
  • Barrel: Tempus Marksman

Our M13 loadout is designed to mitigate some of the M13's weaknesses, namely, its long reload time and poor range.

To that end, we have opted for 60 Round Mags which get around the slow reload time by simply increasing from the standard 30 Round Mag.

The barrel, the Tempus Marksman, will increase the gun's effective range by increasing the bullet velocity. It also increases the gun's already ridiculous recoil stats at just a small cost of mobility.

The Monolithic Suppressor is our go-to Muzzle and it fits perfectly on the M13, offering up sound suppression and increased damage range.

The underbarrel, the Commando Foregrip, helps with recoil stabilization and aiming stability, at a small cost of movement speed, accentuating the gun's finer points.

Finally, because this loadout is designed to be better at medium-to-long engagements, we have opted for the VLK 3.0x Optic, which offers magnification, though you could easily opt for the Corp Combat Holo Sight if you wanted to play at closer ranges.
