Best NZ-41 class setup for COD Vanguard

The NZ-41 is an interesting assault rifle that has a decent loadout in Vanguard.
Best NZ-41 class setup for COD Vanguard
Currently in Call of Duty: Vanguard, the assault rifle class is dominated by two weapons: the STG44 and Automaton. The first two rifles that players unlock are undoubtedly the best in class, each possessing almost no recoil and prolific damage profiles. However, this doesn’t mean other rifles in the class aren’t worth using. The NZ-41 is a prime example of this.

Despite not featuring the overall stats of the STG44 or Automaton, the NZ-41 has more firepower than either. This comes at a cost of less accuracy and speed but with the right loadout equipped through the gunsmith, players can make the NZ-41 a sleeping giant in Vanguard. Below, players can find that loadout so they can begin dominating with the NZ-41 in public matches.

For the NZ-41’s loadout, you should be ensuring that the gun has enough firepower to withstand pressure from the STG44 or Automaton in Vanguard. If not, then players with those weapons will outgun you more often than not.

The top loadout for the NZ-41 utilizes damage and recoil attachments to make this happen.

  • Muzzle: MX Silencer

  • Barrel: VDD 760mm 05B

  • Optic: Slate Reflector

  • Stock: VDD 34S Weighted

  • Underbarrel: M1930 Strife Angled

  • Magazine: 8mm Kurz 45 Round Drums

  • Ammo Type: Lengthened

  • Rear Grip: Polymer Grip

  • Proficiency: Vital

  • Kit: On-Hand

The biggest attachments on the loadout are the VDD 760MM 05B barrel and Vital Proficiency. The former increases both damage range and accuracy, making it a laser beam, while the latter increases the damage potential as long as you’re aiming for the upper body.

For additional accuracy, the VDD 34S Weighted stock and M1930 Strife Angled underbarrel come into play. Both improve accuracy, recoil control and stability. The Weighted stock also increases flinch resistance, which is further buffed by the Polymer Grip as well.

The last parts of the loadout feature the Lenghtned Ammo Type for extra bullet velocity and the 8MM Kurz 45 Round Mags for additional ammo. The sight in use is the Slate Reflector, which is perfect for any situation in Vanguard and can help the NZ-41 match the other top rifles.
