Best RPD loadout in Black Ops Cold War

We take a look at the best loadout for the RPD in the Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War beta.
The RPD should be a favourite for many Call of Duty franchise fans. This Light Machine Gun (LMG) has made a big return in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Alpha, as both a fan-favourite and a devasting weapon. For those who plan on playing the Black Ops Cold War beta, we've got you covered with the best RPD loadout.

Best RPD Loadout in Black Ops Cold War

The RPD in Black Ops Cold War is a full-auto LMG, with excellent handling speeds. However, it has less recoil control with sustaining fire and less ammo capacity.

As with every other weapon, the RPD has both strengths and weaknesses. However, with the right loadout and attachments, you can turn the weapon into a serious killing machine.

To find the best RPD loadout for Black Ops Cold War, one has to take into consideration the gun's weaknesses and boost those stats with some attachments.

Each of the five attachments picked in the Gunsmith helps out the LGM, awhile while you could go with the Gunfighter Wildcard, five attachments seem to be the best bet for the RPD loadout.

Check out the best RPD Black Ops Cold War loadout below.

  • Muzzle: Muzzle Brake 7.62
  • Underbarrel: Foregrip
  • Body: SWAT 5MW Laser Sight
  • Stock: Tactical Stock
  • Handle: Quickdraw Handle

The Muzzle Brake 7.62 helps with vertical recoil control, while Foregrip helps with horizontal recoil control. Then, both the Body and Stock attachments help with hitting targets on the move. Lastly, the Quickdraw Handle allows for faster aim speed.

You can also go with an Extended Mag, however, if your aim and bullet usage are good enough, the other attachments give better perks, while the 45 round mag as standard should be enough.
