Following the release of the Season 6 patch, the XM4 assault rifle is still going strong as it has been left untouched in the latest update. As the update was carrying a number of weapons nerfs and buffs, players might wonder what could be the best class setup for their beloved XM4 assault rifle. With that in mind, here is the best loadout for the XM4 after the Season 6 update.
Best XM4 loadout for Season 6
To get the most out of the XM4 assault rifle in Warzone Season 6, you will need to pick the perfect five attachments to get the job done.
The best XM4 loadout at the start of Warzone Season 6 is:
Muzzle: Agency Suppressor
Barrel: 13.5” Task Force
Optic: Axial Arms 3x
Underbarrel: Field Agent Grip
Ammunition: STANAG 60 Rnd
To start off, we’ve put on the Agency Suppressor to increase the bullet velocity as much as possible, while decreasing the firing sound at the same time. However, the ADS speed and aiming stability are a bit compromised while this attachment is equipped.
Since we’re building this weapon for long range, we’ve decided to go with a 13.5” Task Force for the barrel slot. This attachment will allow us to elevate the firearm’s overall damage, range and bullet velocity at the cost of vertical and horizontal recoil.
The Field Agent Grip underbarrel attachment will offer us better control over the weapon’s horizontal and vertical recoil and also compensate for the overall increment of recoil due to the previous attachment.
Finally, we’ve decided to use STANAG 60 Rnd instead of 45 rounds as XM4 comes with a relatively massive fire rate. The 60 bullets in a single XM4 magazine will enable you to pin down multiple opponents without any reloads.
