We understand that there is an significant number of seasoned veterans in the Call of Duty community and that you have probably already powered through many of the opening challenges in Call of Duty: Vanguard.

Vanguard offers multiple levels of difficulty regarding the missions and objectives in order to maintain a fun experience for everyone from the “corporals” to the seasoned veterans.

Speaking of the latter, the Grizzled Veteran challenges may offer the test you are looking for in this latest outing, we tell you everything you need to know.

Grizzled Veterans Challenges: How to complete & rewards

As if the name wasn’t explicit enough, you may have to grind harder to complete these challenges as they will require a certain level skill and time spent with the game.

Just like the other sections within the Vanguard challenges, completing these objectives will grant you XP and other in-game items.

Here is the full list of challenges within the Grizzled Veteran section and their respective awards:

  • Get 50 eliminations in hardcore modes
    • Reward: 1000 XP
  • Get 50 eliminations in objective modes
    • Reward: 1000 XP
  • Get 50 headshots
    • Reward: 1000XP
  • Get 25 killstreak kills
    • Reward: 1000 XP
  • Get 50 secondary weapon kills
    • Reward: 1000 XP
  • Get 500 eliminations
    • Reward: 1000 XP

After completing all six challenges you will unlock an additional reward of 10,000 XP and the “Good Vibrations” calling card for you to add to your collectables.

If you think you may not be ready for this kind of challenge we recommend you to start with something a tad easier to achieve like the Boot Camp challenges, then work your way up.
