Cyberpunk 2077: Where To Find ASHURA Smart Sniper Rifle

ASHURA Smart Sniper rifle is one of the strongest guns that you can get early in Cyberpunk 2077.

ASHURA Smart Sniper rifle is an epic weapon but it can be available as early as in the prologue of the game.

It is a very strong sniper rifle, and it is especially useful if you are planning on building a stealthy Netrunner build.

Being one of the strongest weapons in the early game, you would be happy to obtain it this early in the game, even if you don't want to play a stealthy sniper character.

ASHURA Smart Sniper rifle can be obtained during the prologue mission called "The Pickup", and here's what you need to do in order to get it.

How to get the ASHURA Smart Sniper Rifle: Location Guide

As we've already mentioned, you will need to accept "The Pickup" mission, and then to go to the location of the mission, the Maelstrom gang headquarters.

Your task in this mission is to pick up a package from a guy called Royce, and you can choose to either pay for the package and leave, or simply kill Royce and his gang members and rob them.

Here's how you should do that.

First things first, go to the "All Foods" location.
Use the intercom to talk with Maelstrom members.
Once inside, just let them lead you to the elevator, and then take the elevator.
Dom Dom will be waiting for you here, and you will have a conversation.
He will show you the package - Militech robot the Flathead.

When Royce comes and starts requesting you to pay double, you choose not to pay and kill him.
Take whatever loot you can, and go into Royce's office behind (from where he came).
Enter doors to the right and in the white box inside, you will find ASHURA Smart Sniper Rifle!

And that's it!

Now you have one of the best snipers quite early in the game. In order to be able to use this weapon, your character will have to be at least level 4, and you will need to invest in the Cool attribute and Sniper Rifles skill if you want to have better performances with it.

Additionally, you will need to install Smart Link cyberware if you want to use the weapon's smart-targeting system.
