How to Rank Up Fast In Tarkov: Arena

Ranking up in Escape from Tarkov: Arena is difficult, here's how to speed things up!
How to Rank Up Fast In Tarkov: Arena
Battlestate Games

Battlestate Games decided to make the Escape from Tarkov Arena progression incredibly difficult, leading to players spending an overwhelmingly long time ranking up. For context, players are placed into ranks decided by their elo, however, gaining elo takes a long time.

Battlestate Games separate players through nine mainstream ranks, placing players in their skill group for matchmaking. When starting in Arena, all players start at 1500 elo.

Earning the ability to rank up is dependent on one thing; winning games. Each time a player wins an Arena match, they earn 25+ elo, boosting them closer to the next rank. Contrary if they lose, the player will lose 25- elo, pushing them closer to the lower rank.

Here are some of the best ways you can level up in EFT Arena:

  • Playing with friends allows for pristine callouts within the Arena, most enemy players are trying to unwind, taking a step back from the main title. The last thing the enemy is expecting is a well-oriented and witted team.
  • Unlocking Presets Suited for you will enable a better and more successful gameplay experience, don't progress different presets for the sake of it.
  • Learning the different medical injectors will help you understand their uses and benefits. Surprisingly, the majority of players don't understand most injector uses.
  • Playing the maps you enjoy and feel confident within will allow you to develop your rank significantly faster, simply because you will be more within your element.
  • Stay away from Shootout Mode because there's a significantly higher chance that you lose your match. Players are separated into countless groups and forced to battle for the top placement, whereas Team Fight mode is a simple 5vs5.
  • Play the objective within the Arena; players often disregard winning and focus on kills, leading to more experienced players swiftly taking the objective and being victorious.
  • Distributing the presets strategically will enable higher chances of success. For example, there's no strategy for having five assault classes; marksmen are needed.

These tips listed above will result in fast and quick progression, Arena is usually filled with disoriented players looking for a break from the main game, therefore the initial stages of progression should be rather easy!
