The Milano 821 has received a set of strong buffs in Warzone Season 4, which makes this SMG a serious contender for the best gun in its class.

While having some interesting perks, the Milano 821 has been traditionally seen as one of the weakest SMGs in the Warzone, often considered to be amongst the worst weapons in the game.

The bad state of the weapon warranted drastic measures in efforts to make at least somewhat viable, and it seems that Warzone developers have finally decided to make big moves in that direction.

The Season 4 update brought several huge buffs for the Milano 821, focusing to improve the weapon's low damage output, the main reason why it was deemed not worthy.

Here all the Milano 821 buffs in Warzone Season 4:

Maximum Damage increased from 34 to 36
Minimum Damage increased from 25 to 30
Maximum Damage range increased by 23%
Upper Torso Damage Multiplier increased from 1 to 1.2
Lower Torso Damage Multiplier increased from 1 to 1.1
Extremities Damage Multipliers increased from .9 to 1

As you can see these are some hefty increases across the board, and it is clear that Raven Software really wants to give the weapon a chance to shine in Warzone Season 4.

Taking into consideration all the Milano 821's strengths and weaknesses, we think that these attachments will provide you with the best Milano 821 loadout in Warzone Season 4.

Muzzle: Sound Suppressor
Significantly improved ADS speed and bullet velocity, in addition to sound suppression and sprint-to-fire speed. It simply gives too much and you can't afford not to pick it.
Barrel: 10.6'' Task Force
It further improves our damage output while giving us a Strafe Speed bonus, which is important as you will often want to aim down sight while moving, as you need to be ready in crucial situations to shoot before the enemy does.
Laser: Tiger Team Spotlight
Further boosts your mobility, another aspect of this build we would like to focus on. Significantly improves movement speed and aim walking movement speed.
Underbarrel: Bruiser Grip
Even bigger bonus to movement speed, while helping with hip fire accuracy as well. In tight corridors and intense situations sometimes you will not have time to ADS, and that's why we need to improve the weapon's hip fire accuracy a bit.
Ammo: 45 Rnd Drum
45 rounds as a sweet spot for this weapon, at a cost of almost negligible penalty for the speed of reloading.
