Best XM4 loadout for Warzone Season 3

This reliable assault rifle remained unchanged after the Season 3 patch, and with a possible meta shift, it might become the old faithful for a lot of players.

Warzone Season 3 has kicked off with a bang, bringing the first massive map changes into Verdansk, however, some things remained the same, like the XM4 assault rifle.

This classic weapon that's been around since the release of Warzone in 2020, didn't get any buffs or nerfs with the Season 3 patch notes. With plenty of other guns receiving overhauls, the XM4 may be able to climb as one of the most used ARs in the game.

As the jack of all trades, ARs are usually the middle of the pack when it comes to their stats, with the XM4 exemplifying this the best.

Without further ado, let's create the best loadout for your XM4 AR should you choose to run with it.

  • Optic: Sillix Holoscout
  • Barrel: 13.5'' Reinforced Heavy
  • Underbarrel: Foregrip
  • Magazine: STANAG 60 Rnd
  • Rear Grip: SASR Jungle Grip

The Sillix Holoscout Optic, we are pretty big fans of having multiple options when it comes to Aim Down Sight zoom, as it's a similar one used to the M13, adding a 1.75 zoom that's ideal for this loadout.

The 13.5'' Reinforced Heavy Barrel and Foregrip Underbarrel combo in this loadout works magnificently to aid you by adding 15% of recoil control, extra damage, and a 40% increase in bullet velocity travel speed as another great bonus.

Now, since this is a close-quarters gun, we opted for the STANAG 60 Rnd, as those extra bullets can help clutch encounters against multiple enemies without finding yourself in the need for reloading or swapping guns.

The Jungle Grip is an attachment commonly seen on SMGs like the Mac-10, but it works perfectly. While the 12% penalty on Sprint to Fire time might seem harsh, adding an 80% Flinch Resistance and a 15% reduction Aim Down Sight time are a price worth paying.
