Call of Duty Warzone players can try Modern Warfare multiplayer for free this weekend, Season 5 roadmap revealed

Ahead of Season 5’s launch tomorrow, Activision has revealed what you can expect in Call of Duty Warzone and Modern Warfare when it arrives.

As revealed in a recent trailer, the stadium will be opening up in Warzone, allowing players to drop in from the sky and flank enemies around the seating areas.

You’ll also be able to gain access via new Exterior Ascenders aka ziplines which will be dotted around the map, meaning snipers may have to watch their backs when camping atop certain areas.

It isn’t the only new part of the map either, with the interiors of the train station also opening up for combat. The much teased loot train will also be added, which will travel around the map.

A new mode titled Mini Royale is also being added, which has a reduced amount of players but heightens the tension with a shorter runtime.

“Only the first and last five minutes of a normal BR game exist meaning rapid deployment, constant movement, and high-kill strategies are set to yield victories that are both short and sweet,” the description reads.

You can check out the full roadmap of Season 5 below, which also includes new maps and weapons for Modern Warfare.
