How to unlock the C58 assault rifle in Warzone Season 4

Every new season of Call of Duty: Warzone sees the game's arsenal increase with new weapons added.

And it isn't just one or two, but usually, four or five new weapons added to the game, with everything from a baseball bat to an old school bolt-action rifle added in recent times.

Season 4, which is set for release on Thursday 17th June, is no different and with the developers releasing the roadmap we know now exactly what weapons are coming and also when they will be arriving in Verdansk.

There is five in total, two available through the Season 4 battle pass, and a further three to be unlocked throughout the season or purchased through the in-game store.

The two included in the battle pass are the C58 assault rifle and the MG 82 light machine gun, they both look like capable rifles and with the right loadout - who knows? - maybe they will become meta.

How to unlock the C58 assault rifle in Warzone Season 4

The C58 is described as a full-auto assault rifle that boasts "high damage" at close range though with a relatively slow fire rate. It also has a "fast bullet velocity" and "reliable recoil control".

Without any stats for the weapon, it's hard to say how big a change it might make to the Warzone meta, though with high damage and low recoil it has every chance of competing with the best.

Unlocking it is easy, as of the two battle pass weapons, all you have to do is work through the levels of the battle pass until you unlock it.

To unlock the C58, for Black Ops Cold War and Warzone, you have to get to Tier 31 of the Season 4 battle pass.
