As a result of players using off-meta weapons, the FARA 83 skyrocketed in popularity. It became one of the most-seen assault rifles as more and more players caught on to its recommended loadout. Unfortunately for the FARA, Season 4 will likely see more of a traditional meta with how many overpowered weapons are present.
This doesn’t mean fans of the FARA should immediately put it away, though. It still features the same stats from Season 3 but one of its key barrels received a buff in Season 4, giving credence to those who still abide by it. Keep reading for the full recommended loadout for the FARA 83.
Best FARA 83 loadout in Warzone Season 4

In the past, many players have rocked the RPK barrel on the FARA 83. It features great values and doesn’t come with many negatives, unlike some other barrel options.
However, that is set to change in Season 4 as the Takedown barrel for Black Ops Cold War weapon has been massively buffed in Season 4. They gave the attachment an extra 35% damage range and additional horizontal recoil control, making it one of the strongest attachments in all of Warzone. For this reason, the FARA’s best loadout is making a switch in the barrel slot.
- Muzzle: GRU Suppressor
- Barrel: 18.1” Takedown
- Optic: Microflex LED
- Underbarrel: Spetsnaz Grip
- Handle: Serpent Wrap
The 18.1” Takedown barrel is a no-brainer with its recent buff. As for the rest of the loadout, it’s fairly standard for an assault rifle in Warzone. The GRU Suppressor is a mainstay for Cold War rifles, as is the Spetsnaz Grip.
However, the Microflex LED and Serpent Wrap are in place to make the FARA a little better at closer ranges.
