"We are creating an all-new, AAA mobile experience that will bring the thrilling, fluid and large-scale action of Call of Duty: Warzone to players on the go," the developer announced.

Notably, Activision has left players in the dark regarding what they could expect, instead opting to seek out "skilled operators in all aspects of game development" to join their team of mobile veterans to spearhead the game's ambitious mission.

Activision described Warzone Mobile as a "large-scale, battle royale experience," which they claim will be "built natively for mobile with cutting-edge technology designed to entertain gamers around the world for many years to come."

"From production roles to engineering, design, art, marketing, and more, we’re looking for game-makers, passionate fans, and genuinely awesome people to join our diverse team, inspired to deliver the next world-class mobile gaming experience to fans," the company said.
The developers noted that "several incredible opportunities" are available to aspiring talent "across multiple internal studios including Solid State Studios, Beenox, Digital Legends and Demonware."

The announcement comes days after popular battle royale Apex Legends Mobile went live with its limited, regional "soft launch" state, ending around 3rd May. Despite only being available in ten countries, many players have already praised the game.
Moreover, given the rise in popularity of other mobile battle royales, most notably being PUBG: Mobile and PUBG: Battlegrounds, it should be no surprise that Activision would eventually hop on the development "hype train."
Regardless, we will endeavour to keep you updated regarding any further information about Warzone Mobile's impending release.
