The start times of the Cooking Impossible PvP Brawl event are linked to the weekly server maintenance schedule. For those in the US, the weekly maintenance takes place on Tuesdays from 07:00 to 08:00 PST.
For those in Europe, the server maintenance takes place on Wednesdays from 03:00 to 04:00. Once the maintenance is complete, the PvP Brawl event will become available.
