Best AK-47 (CW) loadout for Warzone Pacific Season 1

The first season of Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific is now live and has brought an immense amount of new weapons with the crossover of Vanguard and for us, that means more ways to be the last man standing in Caldera.

Getting to know every corner of the biggest map we have had in Warzone is no easy journey but one way to calm the nerves is to have the best loadout you can possibly get.

If we had to take one gun for the adventure, the AK-47 from the Cold War franchise is probably up there, one of the top guns on our assault rifle tier list, the AK-47 is a great all-purpose AR and one that excels in Caldera. Here is the best loadout we can find.

Best AK-47 (CW) loadout for Caldera

• Muzzle: GRU Suppressor
• Barrel: 20″ Spetsnaz RPK 
• Magazine: Bakelite 60 Rnd Mag
• Handle: Spetsnaz Grip
• Optic: Axial Arms 3x

The AK-47 by itself is pretty special and is probably one of the few ARs that will benefit better from the GRU Suppressor over the Agency Suppressor as it gets a nice boost on its range, damage and accuracy from the former.

One of the major drawbacks of the AK-47 is the recoil, here we benefit from equipping both the 20” Spetsnaz RPK barrel and the Spetsnaz Grip which will help us control that recoil a little bit.

This weapon is designed for mid-to-long distances, which is perfect for such an expansive map like Caldera, an expanded magazine like the Bakelite 60 round mag and using the always reliable Axial Arms 3x Optic will allow us to keep in the battle and engage at any distance.

Best perks and equipment for AK-47 (CW) in Warzone Pacific

• Perk 1: E.O.D.
• Perk 2: Overkill
• Perk 3: Amped
• Secondary: Combat Shotgun (Vanguard)
• Lethal: Semtex
• Tactical: Heartbeat Sensor

The E.O.D. perk is always a relief in order to protect ourselves from explosive equipment and being paired with the Amped perk will improve our agility to quickly adapt to the situation.

The Overkill perk will allow us to carry two primary weapons instead of one and we recommend you pair this with a weapon that excels indoors and in close encounters like the Combat Shotgun, so we have a full range of attack for every scenario within Caldera.

For the lethal and tactical equipment, we could go a little crazy and try some combinations but we are always more comfortable with the sticky Semtex bomb and the Heartbeat Sensor.
