Best AS44 loadout for Warzone Pacific Season 1

Warzone's arsenal has been enriched by over 40 new Vanguard guns, right on time to experiment with them on the new Caldera map.

Just like the last year, when Warzone and Cold War were integrated, we expect new weapons to undergo a few beefy balance patches and reworks until developers find a sweet spot in Warzone Pacific.

Judging by the first two days of Caldera, Vanguard guns are quite effective in Warzone, some outright disgusting like the Top Break which is currently a contender to break the meta, but when it comes to Vanguard's assault rifles, it seems that the big issue is that there's simply too much recoil compared to other Warzone ARs.

This is an issue even for some of the best ARs from Vanguard, like the STG44 or the Automaton, but it is particularly bad for the AS44, which is a shame because the AS44 is one of the fastest ARs in the game that can output some serious damage if you are able to control it.

That's why we are here to show you how to tweak this powerful gun and tame its recoil while keeping its speed and firepower.

Muzzle: F8 Stabilizer
Barrel: Zac 650MM Precision
Optic: Slate Reflector
Stock: Zac 12B Custom
Underbarrel: M1941 Hand Stop
Ammo Type: Lengthened
Rear Grip: Polymer Grip

We are kicking things off with the F8 Stabilizer which will help you alleviate that nasty recoil while improving the weapon's range.

The goal behind this build is to have a strong mid-range weapon, that's why we go with the Zac 650MM Precision, which will strengthen our horizontal recoil control and add a bonus to headshot damage. More control means easier headshots, and more headshots mean faster TTK.

The Slate Reflector is perfect for mid-range encounters with its minimal magnification but clean sight.

With the Zac 12B Custom Stock, we continue with our theme of improving accuracy and control.

The M1941 Hand Stop provides large recoil control improvement and a slight boost to the weapon's accuracy, at the cost of hip-fire accuracy, which is not a big issue for this assault rifle.

The Lengthened ammo type, with its massive bonus to bullet velocity, is essential for Vanguard assault rifles in Warzone Pacific.

Perk 1: Sleight of Hand
Perk 2: Fully Loaded
Secondary: Deagle
Lethal: Semtex
Tactical: Heartbeat Sensor

The Sleight of Hand + Fully Loaded perks combo offers the most value in our opinion, you will not only have more ammo available from the get-go, but you will also be able to switch those mags faster.

The Deagle is here to quickly finish off your opponents, while Semtex and Heartbeat Sensor is a standard set of equipment we advise for Caldera.
