Unlock WoW Dragonflight Revival Catalyst: Quest & Location
Your first goal is to head to the NPC that actually gives the quest to unlock the Revival Catalyst. This quest is aptly entitled "Reviving the Machine" and can be picked up in the Valdrakken zone on Dragon Isles.
From here, head to the Seat of the Aspects and talk to Watcher Koranos, accepting the Reviving the Machine quest.
With the quest in hand, you will need to head to the Thaldraszus region on Dragon Isles. From here, move to the northern side of Tyrhold. The Revival Catalyst console is located next to an NPC called Antuka, as per the image below.
Talk to Antuka to receive the weekly quest "Revival Catalyst," which tasks you to collect Renascence from completing various group content on Dragon Isles.
Keep in mind that this is an account-wide quest, so you will be able to complete it on any character.
For those who don't know, the Revival Catalyst allows WoW players to turn Dragonflight Season 1 gear into Tier gear for a corresponding slot. Items that are eligible are earned through the following methods:
- Vault of the Incarnates Raid
- Mythic+ dungeons
- Storm Gear
- Tier 2 Warmode Gear
- Killing World Bosses
- The Great Vault
So that's it, a complete guide to starting the quest of Reviving the Machine in order to unlock the Revival Catalyst feature in WoW Dragonflight.
The sooner you start, the better, as this mechanic is sure to be used by all World of Warcraft players who have the latest expansion.
