Dead by Daylight's Early Killer Designs Revealed For Dredge & The Knight

Dead by Daylight fans got a look at the early designs of some killers today, including The Dredge and The Knight, after players found some concept art in Dead by Daylight Mobile's files. The Dredge's early design, simply labeled "Outfit01" in the game's files, showcases the "hands" design for the character that was scrapped prior to its release.

The Knight's early design, which was also found "accidentally packaged" in the Mobile game's files, only showcased an untextured head mesh. He wore a (possibly?) metal mask and long dreads that fall just past his shoulders. Leaker dvveet, who published the design on X/Twitter, noted that "his design was very reminiscent of Slipknot masks."

It's possible that Behaviour changed the design after realizing it was similar to Slipknot's distinctive style, considering Dead by Daylight already has an upcoming collaboration with Slipknot. You can check out the design for yourself just below:

The early designs of other killers, or any survivors, have not been found at this time. However, we'll be sure to update this article if anything changes or any more designs are found in the Mobile game's files.
