How to play Payload in Warzone Season 4 Reloaded

First of all, you probably want to know how you can play the Payload mode in Warzone. Well, if you are reading this after the Warzone Season 4 Reloaded update released on 15th July at 05:00 BST, it is quite simple to get into.

Warzone Payload gameplay details: How to win

Understanding how Payload gameplay works is key to success in Warzone Season 4 Reloaded.

The Payload mode in Warzone is inspired by the mode in Call of Duty: WWII, and will see two teams of 20 players fight it out, but as the name suggests, there's a catch. It's in essence, a race against time. One team will escort vehicles carrying satellite parts, while the other team will try to stop them.

There will be several checkpoints for the escorting team to get to, within a time limit. If they reach all Checkpoints, they win the match. The defending team needs to slow down the convoy of vehicles by taking out those escorting the payload, and by buying and building obstacles to stop the vehicles in their tracks.

The trick to winning the Payload mode in Warzone is not only to defend and attack but to search around Verdansk for killstreaks or cash to help you either escort the convoy or stop it from reaching its destination.

Players will constantly be dropping into the battlefield as they respawn, with their own custom loadouts. This means you should pick some of the best weapons, and get a loadout that suits your playstyle sorted before a match gets underway.

So there you have it, the Warzone Payload mode gameplay details, how to play it, and how to possibly win during Season 4 Reloaded.
