With Diablo 2 Resurrected Season 3, there's a lot to get excited about, from quality-of-life changes to eight awesome new Runewords to discover. While the 2.5 update added Terror Zones for the ladder, Season 3 sees Terror Zones now appear in offline games as well, and there are some grouping changes to zones players need to be aware of with the release of patch 2.6.

As mentioned at the start of this article, Terror Zones are now available in offline games for Diablo 2 Resurrected. This means that you can now get Sundering Charms in offline games as well, not just on Ladder in Season 3.

Blizzard made adjustments to add more variety for the Terror Zones feature and improving the playability of existing zones. Some new zones have been added, some have been removed due to unpopularity, and others have been expanded upon.

First up, it is important to note that Terror Zones in offline games will "operate on a different schedule" compared to online games. They do, however, function in the exact same way.
