These unique items don't just drop from any enemies, however, as they can only drop from Bosses, Uniques, Super Uniques, and Champions within Terror Zones. To put it simply, head to a Terror Zone and start farming Sundered Charms. There's no other way to get them in Diablo 2 Resurrected Season 3.

Before we get to the effects on monsters for Sundered Charms, it is important to note that these Unique Charms, when held by a character, also decrease their Resistance of the specific type. There are a total of six Sundered Charms in Diablo 2 Resurrected Season 4.
The table below outlines all the Sundered Charms in Diablo 2 Ressurected Season 4, alongside their effects.
|Sundered Charm in D2R||Effect on Monsters||Effect of Not Immune|
|Black Cleft||Monster Magic Immunity is Sundered||Magic Resist -45 to 65%|
