How To Counter The High Evolutionary In Marvel Snap

High Evolutionary decks are hard to pin down until at least the second or third turn. However, there are certain cards that counter a lot of the most popular High Evolutionary strategies. We'll be going over these cards now.

Luke Cage

This should be the most obvious choice, but Luke Cage shuts down a lot of the more popular debuff-heavy High Evolutionary cards. By ensuring your cards cannot have their power reduced, you can negate the impact of cards like Cyclops

Shang-Chi

This should go without saying, but Shang-Chi is and will likely always be a dominant force in the meta. Hulk, Abomination, Nebula, Sunspot, and more; Shang-Chi is always going to be a great inclusion.

Rogue

Rogue employs a similar strategy to Luke Cage and is often used to swipe the enemy High Evolutionary player's Luke Cage effect. However, Rogue also has the added benefit of stealing the Ongoing ability of Hulk, reducing it from an eighteen or twenty-power card down to twelve. Great…

Goose

Goose is a double-edged sword because it has the benefit of denying the enemy's Hulk, but a one-cost Abomination could spell the end for you. Be careful where and when you play Goose before you fully know your enemy's game plan.

Doctor Doom

A lot of High Evolutionary players nowadays are trying to lock locations down with Storm and Spider-Man. Doctor Doom gives you access to these locations and will help you steal victories away from unsuspecting opponents.

And now you know the best High Evolutionary counters in Marvel Snap.
