All of the Diablo games value character customization and allow the player to choose a lot of aspects of their experience, ranging from their in-game class to items to appearance.
The upcoming game Diablo Immortal will also feature these high levels of customization. So once you get started in Diablo Immortal, how do you change your class?
In this quick guide, we’ll go over how to change your class in Diablo Immortal so you can experiment with different playstyles and choose one that’s best for you.
How to change class in Diablo Immortal
To change your class in Diablo Immortal, you’ll need to head to Westmarch.
From there, you can not only change your class, but also your character’s visual appearance. Your character’s new appearance will align with the class you’ve chosen.
- Diablo Immortal to ship with controller, chat, and graphic accessibility features
- Diablo Immortal Server List – All Regions And Languages
- Diablo Immortal Controllers Supported – PC, iOS, Android, Bluetooth
- Install Diablo Immortal On Android And iOS – Patch And File Size
After changing your class, you’ll retain all your progress and items, but you’ll also receive new items associated with the new class you’ve chosen. You can also transfer any existing item progress over to your new items if you so choose.
Blizzard Entertainment has also stated that there will likely be some form of limit implemented so players can only change their class a limited number of times, but developers have yet to expand upon this statement. Please note that the ability to change your class will not be available at the game’s launch.
Blizzard Entertainment has stated that this feature will be added “shortly thereafter [launch],” so keep an eye out for this patch if you’re looking to change your character’s class.
At launch, you’ll need to stick with the initial class you’ve chosen until the update is put in place. If you’re looking to test out new classes before the patch, you can make an alternate account.
