Diablo Immortal Vitaath Raid - How to Defeat and Special Item
Diablo Immortal features various Raids and Raid bosses for players to test their strength against, and Vitaath, The Shivering Death Helliquary is one such test. Defeating her poses many challenges and obstacles in your way, but with our guide, it's not impossible.

We will cover everything you need to know to defeat Vitaath, The Shivering Death, including her different phases. And give you insight into the reward you will receive for defeating her.

How to Locate Vitaath in Diablo Immortal Raid

To challenge Vitaath, players need to venture to the Frozen Tundra, near the Bitter Harth Waypoint just east of the Cavern of Echoes Entrance, where they will find the gate to begin the raid. Before fighting her, players are recommended to have a combat rating of at least 2,280 to stand a chance against her and her minions.

Once you reach her location, the battle will begin with her Ice Clan Warriors, Ice Clan Impalers and Ice Clan Shaman breaking free from the ice and attacking you. After defeating all of them, the fight with Vaatith will start, and be prepared as this is a powerful foe featured in the upcoming Diablo Immortal

How to Defeat Vitaath in Diablo Immortal Raid

Vaatith has four phases, first will be her frontal sword sipe attack, then an ice barrage travelling from the boss in a straight line that deals knockback damage, and a wave of many ice circles that deal massive amounts of damage and should be avoided at all costs.

The second and third phases will involve Ice clones that need to be destroyed before she can take damage. Then ice waves can come at random intervals and an aerial AOE (Area of Effect) attack, which can be dodged by standing clear of the highlighted areas shown on the ground when she begins the attack.

The last phase of the fight involves her moving to the centre of the arena and performing a massive AOE attack that rains down ice spikes, in addition to the other moves she's done until this point. When she does this huge attack, focus your efforts on healing and avoiding the attacks as best as you can since reviving anyone in this phase is all but impossible.

Some tips for the boss is to play it smart, by having players that have defeated the Helliquary boss, and are at the appropriate levels to make sure nobody drags the party down. Also setting up an open communication through Discord or similar can help you significantly in terms of communications and coordination for this tough boss fight.

Lastly, conserve your health positions as much as you can, the boss can easily tear through your health or even one-shot you, so avoiding attacks and playing defensively, and healing when you need to can help you outlast her in the fight. And use the self revive when you need to, such as when you are at your last health bar, as the more players available to burn the boss's health the better.
