The best Cloak decks in Marvel Snap are those that benefit from moving cards across the board. Naturally, Cloak works best in a Move deck alongside other Move cards. Vulture especially has great synergy with Cloak, being able to gain five additional power by moving once. Cloak can also be great at freeing up space in other locations that may have been locked down by Debrii or Storm.

There is some freedom when constructing your deck, but at the time of writing this, available Move cards are few and far between.
