GTA Online Yeti Hunt Locations and How To Defeat The Creature

GTA Online introduces plenty of new content each Christmas, and this year, Rockstar has added a new side-mission called 'The Yeti Hunt'. As the name suggests, players need to track down a killer Yeti in the Fort Zancudo area, and here's everything you need to know in order to complete this latest mission, including what rewards you'll earn for taking down the creature.

How To Start And Complete The Yeti Hunt

To start the Yeti Hunt in GTA Online, players will need to get a text from a character named Tanner. Here is what the text from Tanner says:

"Hey. You a hunter? You better be. Cuz there's something in those woods. And it ain't a bear. Trust me. Damn thing nearly killed me once. They'll say you're crazy till you get its hide. Then you'll be laughing all the way to the bank."

Once that text is received, a white circle will appear on the north side of the map. Players will need to find five Yeti clues before they can confront the Yeti. Below is a map of where all of the yeti clues are in GTA Online:

The Yeti clues include human remains, a bloody tent, a bloody shirt, an overturned car, and a dead deer. Players just need to investigate the five clues and not take pictures.

Once you have located all 5 clues, players will need to return to the same area at night to continue searching for the creature. However, if you do return, the Yeti will find you, with a notification that pops up which reads:

"The Yeti from the Chilliad wilderness has come for you."

Do note that the Yeti is pretty powerful and will take some firepower to defeat, but if you can bring down the merciless killer, you'll earn yourself a unique reward

What Are The Rewards For Completing The Yeti Hunt

The Yeti Hunt is pretty difficult without a map of the exact locations of where to find the five clues. That is because the white circle area is big and players will have to wander around the area to find the clues that they might not even notice. Thankfully, data miners have already discovered everything players need to do to complete the Yeti Hunt.

The reward for the Yeti Hunt is pretty decent too. Players will get a festive outfit called "The Yeti Outfit" for taking down the Yeti. Once the Yeti is defeated, the Yeti Outfit will be automatically unlocked.
