GTA Online: How To Get AirPods

The developers at Rockstar Games are no strangers to satirically mocking popular culture. We've all spent a good amount of time laughing at the hilarious "Beat Off" brand of headphones found in GTA 5 and GTA Online, which poke fun at the real-world headphone brand Beats sponsored by Dr. Dre. This crude humor is always good fun, and Dr. Dre actually appeared in GTA Online as himself in the Cayo Perico and The Contract updates. 

Now that we've moved past the use of traditional headphones and into the era of Bluetooth earphones, it was only a matter of time before Rockstar Games introduced AirPods into the world of GTA Online (also under the Beat Off brand). 

So, if you're looking to get your hands on a pair of Beat Off AirPods, here's how to do it!

How To Get AirPods In GTA Online

Acquiring a standard pair of AirPods in GTA Online is relatively simple. All you need to do is complete any Gunrunning, Nightclub Warehouse, MC, or Special Cargo Sell mission. After completion, you will acquire the White Beat Off earphones for your player character. 

Alternatively, players could obtain the White AirPods as part of a GTA Online Weekly Update campaign. Players could claim a pair of AirPods for free until August 3. It is currently unknown whether a similar campaign will occur in the future nor whether AirPods will be made available to purchase in in-game stores.

How To Get Gold AirPods in GTA Online

The only way to get Gold AirPods in GTA Online is via the Rockstar Games GTA+ Rewards Subscription service. After becoming a member of this service, players will receive a pair of Gold AirPods (along with some other goodies) upon logging into the game for the first time. Like the White AirPods, the Gold AirPods are also unavailable for direct purchase.
