12 December marks GTA Online's Chop Shop Update, with some major updates including Tow Truck Service Missions. In these all-new missions, players take vehicles of all kinds from one part of the map back to the Salvage Yard, acting as a towing service. To participate in Tow Truck Missions, you'll need the Tow Truck upgrade from Maze Bank Foreclosures. It doesn't matter which Tow Truck you get, as long as you have one!

Tow Truck Service Missions are pretty simple; there's not a lot to them once you've got everything you need to start off. To start a Tow Truck Service Mission, just go into your Tow Truck into your Salvage Yard (it'll only be there if you've purchased the Tow Truck upgrade).

Next, you'll see that your map has been marked with a specific location. Head to that location to pick up the vehicle you need to complete the Tow Truck Mission. Once you've hooked up that vehicle to your Tow Truck, which you can do simply by approaching it from your Tow Truck's rear, you'll need to take it safely back to the Salvage Yard as quickly as you can.

Returning the salvaged vehicle to the Salvage Yard after towing it will earn you some cash, dependent on how quickly you completed this task. It'll take some time for you to get your money, since it takes your team time to salvage the vehicle's parts. To speed up that time, you can purchase a Staff upgrade, which will increase the number of staff on your team and allow them to salvage parts significantly faster. If you plan on completing Tow Truck Missions pretty often, that Staff upgrade might just be a good idea.

Overall, Tow Truck Service Missions aren't quite as profitable as Robberies, but they're still worth completing as the payout is far from small.
