The first thing you gotta do is purchase your own MC Clubhouse. There are several properties listed on the Maze Bank Foreclosures website in the game. Just choose one that suits your needs, customize it if you want, and make the purchase.

After you make the purchase, you can now become a club President for the clubhouse you just bought. Just open the interaction menu and scroll down. Eventually, you will see the Motorcycle Club option. Click that, and then hit the Start Motorcycle Club button. This will make you the President of the club and clubhouse you just created. This is also how you log in and register yourself as a President for MC-based missions.

Is It Worth Becoming An MC President In GTA Online?

Yes, it is absolutely worth it. The reason for that is a lot of biker and MC missions are locked behind you being a club president.
