To get this question out of the way, yes, you can replay the missions in The Contract DLC. Here, we are specifically talking about the story missions from The Contract that features Dr. Dre. It is possible to repeat the missions, but you have to first complete all of the story missions to have the ability to repeat them.

You can repeat both the story-focused missions or the missions where you have to recover a copy of Dr. Dre's phone. So you can repeat everything in The Contract to relive the story in its entirety. If you want the last payout again, you just need to finish Nightlife Leak, High Society Leak, and South Central Leak.

How Do I Repeat The Dr. Dre Missions?

It is a relatively simple process to repeat the Dr. Dre missions. The first thing you need to do is complete all of the story missions. Without doing that, you cannot repeat the missions.

Once that is done, you have to wait one in-game day. After doing so, a message on the top left of your screen that you can repeat the Dr. Dre missions. To do so, you will need to go to your agency.

Once you are there, you need to go to the computer where you usually get your contracts. Make sure you are registered as either a CEO or VIP to do so. Once that is done, you will get on the computer and see that you will have VIP Contract missions with Dr. Dre and archived missions available for you to do. These are the same missions you have done in the past with Dr. Dre.
