Even if you use the best Rogue build in Diablo 4, there's always room for improvement, and Unique items can provide just that. Unique items start dropping in World Tier 3 (Nightmare) difficulty and can change your entire playstyle with their special powers and stats. 

You can check out a list of all known Rogue-specific class Unique items, alongside their powers and stats range below the image of the iconic Windforce, which makes a return in Diablo 4.

Windforce (Bow):

  • 1090 Damage Per Second
    • (793-1189) Damage Per Hit
    • 1.10 Attacks per second(Fast Weapon)
  • +23.0% Damage to Distanct Enemies
  • +[14 - 28] All Stats
  • +[12.5 - 19.5]% Core Skill Damage
  • +[16.5 - 23.5]% Damage to Distant Enemies
  • +2 Ranks of impetus passive(Rouge Only)
  • Lucky Hit: Hits with this weapon have up to a [10 – 20%] chance to deal double damage and Knock Back the target.

Asheara's Khanjar (Dagger):

  • 542 Damage Per Second
    • (362-542) Damage per Hit
    • 1.20 Attacks per second(Very Fast Weapon)
  • +20% Damage to Close Enemies
  • +[18.5 - 39.5]% Basic Skill Damage
  • +[9.5 - 16.5]% Damage to Crowd Controlled Enemies
  • +X% Movement Speed for [0.28 – 0.49] Seconds After Killing an Elite
  • +X% Movement Speed for 4 Seconds After Killing an Elite
  • +[7 - 14]% Lucky Hit Chance
  • Hits with this weapon increase your Attack Speed by [4 – 6%] for 4 seconds, up to [20 – 30%]

Condemnation (Dagger):

  • 1.2 Attacks per Second (Very Fast Weapon)
  • +20% Damage to Close Enemies
  • +[4 - 10]% Basic Attack Speed
  • +[4.5 - 12]% Critical Strike Chance Against Injured Enemies
  • +[7 - 14]% Damage with Dual-Wielded Weapons
  • +[12.5 - 19.5]% Core Skill Damage
  • Your Core Skills deal [20 – 40%] increased damage when spending 3 Combo Points. Your Skills using this weapon have a 30% chance to generate 3 Combo Points.

Cowl of the Nameless (Head):

  • +[28 - 42] Dexterity
  • 13.7% Cooldown Reduction
  • +[13 - 20]% Crowd Control Duration
  • +[16 – 24] Maximum Energy
  • You gain [15 – 25%] increased Lucky Hit Chance against Crowd Controlled enemies.

Eyes in the Dark (Legs):

  • While Injured, Your Potion Also Grants 30% Movement Speed for 2 Seconds
  • [3.1 - 7.3]% Dodge Chance
  • +[7 - 14]% Shadow Damage
  • +[16.5 - 23.5]% Damage to Elites
  • +[7 - 14]% Damage to Trap Enemies
  • Unless it hits a Boss or Player, Death Trap will continue to re-arm itself until it kills an enemy. However, Death Trap's Cooldown is increased by [30 - 15%]

Grasp of Shadow (Gloves):

  • +[4 - 10]% Attack Speed
  • +[16.5 - 23.5]% Vulnerable Damage
  • +[14 - 21]% Shadow Clone Damage
  • +[1 – 2] Ranks of All Core Skills
  • Lucky Hit: Damaging a Vulnerable enemy with a Marskman or Cutthroat Skill has up to a [20 – 30%] chance to summon a Shadow Clone that mimics your attack.

Skyhunter (Bow):

  • 1.1 Attacks per Second (Fast Weapon)
  • +20% Damage to Distant Enemies
  • [49 - 63] Dexterity
  • +[7 - 14]% Marksman Skill Damage
  • +[14 - 21]% Critical Strike Damage
  • +[0.5 – 1] Ranks of the Exploit Passive
  • The first direct damage you deal to an enemy is a guaranteed Critical Strike. If you had maximum stacks of Precision Key Passive when you cast the Skill, gain [15 – 25] Energy, this can only happen once per cast.

Word of Hakan (Amulet):

  • 18.4% Resistance to all elements
  • +(7.0-14.0)% Non-Physical Damage
  • +(14.0-21.0)% Ultimate skill damage
  • +(14.0-21.0)% Critical Strike Damage with imbued skills
  • +(1-2) Ranks of all imbuement skills
  • Your Rain of Arrows is always imbued with all imbuements at once.

It is important to note that there are also 13 Unique items that any character class can use. There's a chance that some Unique items for the Rogue class in Diablo 4 might not have been found yet, and Blizzard could always add more with upcoming seasons.
