All Diablo 4 PC Known Issues & Fixes In Beta

The Diablo 4 Early Access beta got off to a bit of a difficult start, with long login queues and several errors popping up. Some players experienced several issues while trying to enjoy Diablo 4 on PC, while others had a relatively smooth time.

This article outlines all the known Diablo 4 beta issues for PC specifically and how you can fix some of these, especially performance and low frame rate, so let's get started.

Update on 5 June 2023: We've updated this article with know Diablo 4 issues on PC at launch.

There's a Invalid License Error 315306 that some Diablo 4 players are running into at launch.

All Known Diablo 4 Issues on PC

Blizzard's Diablo 4 Community Manager PezRadar took to the forums to reveal the known issues with the beta they are aware of thus far.

This includes the issues with Diablo 4's in-game voice chat, the login queue, performance issues on PC, and more. Check out the list of known Diablo 4 beta issues on PC below:

• If the player triggers the Lorath introduction cutscene while the world is in daylight, the player’s and Lorath’s shadows will shimmer in-game until the Prologue is complete. This issue will not occur if the player skips the cutscene.
• In-game voice chat may not function correctly for all players.
• Performance optimizations are still in progress. Players may encounter some performance issues, particularly on older hardware across different platforms.
• The ‘Play’ tab at the top of Character Selection is clickable but currently does not lead to another menu in the beta.
• Users may experience a queue while logging into Diablo IV during Early Access Beta Weekend. Please note that the countdown may finish and go beyond the duration listed on the queue timer. Do NOT leave the queue as this will restart the queue. We will have more accurate timers in place for Open Beta Weekend.
• During the beta players will be able to select from a wide variety of work-in-progress “Text Language” options beyond English. English will be the only available option for “Spoken Language” during the beta, but other languages will be available at launch.

That's not that many issues for a beta, not at all. Remember, beta is beta, and issues are bound to pop up during Diablo 4's Open Beta, which starts on Friday, 24 March 2023.

To get the most out of your beta experience on PC, we suggest going for the best Diablo 4 PC settings to get max FPS and performance. Further, make sure your gaming rig is actually up to the task of running the game with the minimum PC system requirements.
