Diablo 4 Godslayer Crown: How To Get & Unique Effect

Apart from the uber-unique item Harlequin Crest (aka Shako), Godslayer Crown is arguably the best helm in Diablo 4 for all classes in endgame activities such as facing Lilith and a Nightmare Dungeon push. If you want to get your hands on a Godslayer Crown in Diablo 4, then we've got you covered.

How To Get Godslayer Crown Drop in Diablo 4

Getting a Godslayer Crown to drop isn't easy. The chances of finding one out in the overworld of Diablo 4 are next to nothing. However, you can increase your chances of getting this Unique item to drop by doing the following:

• Run Nightmare Dungeons Tier 35 or higher.
• Open Tortured Gift of Mysteries during Helltides.
• Slay World Bosses.

Godslayer Crown only drops in World Tier 4 difficulty. While the activities above can help you slightly increase your chances of a drop in the open world regions, the best way to farm Godslayer Crown in Diablo 4 is to slay Echo of Duriel repeatedly.

Echo of Duriel is the pinnacle boss fight of Diablo 4 Season of Blood. You'll have to be geared to the teeth, stack poison resistance, and use a boss-killing build to great effect. You will also need two types of summoning materials, namely Mucus-Slick Eggs and Shards of Agony. Summoning Echo of Duriel once requires two of each item.

To get some Mucus-Slick Eggs, you will need to defeat Echo of Varshan in Diablo 4 on World Tier 4 difficulty. To farm Shards of Agony, players will need to beat Grigoire, The Galvanic Saint endgame boss in Diablo 4 Season 2.

Echo of Duriel has the Godslayer Crown in its loot pool. However, the chances are still rather slim of getting it. We've found one in 15 Echo of Duriel runs, so at least there's a way to target-farm it.

Diablo 4 Godslayer Crown Affixes & Unique Effect

The Godslayer Crown is, without a doubt, incredibly powerful. Its affixes alone make it well worth farming:

• % Damage
• % Cooldown Reduction
• Maximum Life
• % Crowd Control Duration

This is an Ancestral Unique item. There is no guaranteed item level 925 roll, however, and affixes can roll high or low. For boss-killing endeavors or for just farming Tier 80+ Nightmare Dungeons, the Godslayer Crown's unique effect is absolutely perfect:

When you Stun, Freeze, or Immobilize an Elite enemy, or damage a Boss, it Pulls In Nearby enemies. You deal [30 - 60]%[x] increased damage to them for 3 seconds. This effect can only occur once every 12 seconds.
