At the time of writing, I’m about 30 hours into Diablo 4’s Vessel of Hatred expansion and haven’t really found any puzzles or issues that stumped me, except for one of the sidequests in Nahantu is “Tenets of Depravity Sacrament of the Faithless.” That’s quite a mouthful, and most of the quest is very straightforward, but I got stuck looking for the Cathedral of Light authority in Kehjistan.

You’ll start the Tenets of Depravity Sacrament of the Faithless quest by talking to a guard in Upper Kurast, who has a helpful little blue quest marker on his head. From here, you’ll get sent to Faith’s Torch area marked on your map.
Speak to Priest Dmitriy and then kill the Berserk Knight. On the left-hand side, there’s a table. Pick up the item “Account of Captain Kharov’s Madness.” You must now travel to the city of Gea Kul (use a waypoint) and then “search for the Cathedral of Light’s authority in Kehjistan.
Where is the Cathedral of Light Authority in Diablo 4?
This is the big one that got me stuck. You have a general area on your map where the last part of the Tenets of Depravity Sacrament of the Faithless quest could be, but no precise indication. I was running around for about three minutes before looking up on the quest, and only found guides to the location of all Tenets of Akarat, including my own guide.

The image above, however, showcases precisely where the Cathedral of Light authority is in Diablo 4’s Kehjistan. You have to take the small middle path behind the Inn (not inside it) and then speak to Mother Prava.
Once you’ve found the Cathedral of Light authority in Kehjistan, the Tenets of Depravity Sacrament of the Faithless quest will be completed. You’ll earn some nice rewards, such as gold and XP, alongside 20 Renown. Congratulations, Nephalem!
