There are 12 known Mythic Uniques in Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred, and one of them is a glaive weapon specific to the Spiritborn class. Nesekem, The Herald, often referred to by players as just “neekem,” is a sought-after item that can completely change your build and is used in boss-killing endeavors with its +400% damage to Elites. No, that’s not a typo. Let’s dive in!
Let’s take a look at the latest stats (it was buffed) and power for Nesekem, the Herald, then move on to how you can get one of these Mythic Unique weapons for the Spiritborn to drop, and even craft one if you have all the correct materials.
Nesekem, The Herald Stats & Power
So this Mythic Unique for the Spiritborn is super powerful but not powerful enough to overtake builds that require Rod of Kepeleke and make use of infinite Quill Volley spam. That’s why, in the image above, you can see my Nesekem stored in Stash! Even so, Blizzard did already buff Nesekem up a bit in Patch 2.0.3, increasing the maximum life roll from 464 to 1200.
Nesekem stats:
- +400% Damage to Elites
- +200 to All Stats
- +1200 Maximum Life
- +250.0% Critical Strike Damage
- +450.0% Overpower Damage
Nesekem power:
“Every 5 seconds, you randomly mark a Nearby enemy. Marked enemies are Vulnerable, and your attacks against them are guaranteed to Critically Strike and Overpower.
Hitting a marked enemy 10 times clears the mark from them.”
If you want one, especially for an Overpower-based build to slay Uber bosses with, then we’ve got you covered with two sections below, one on how to get a drop and the other explaining how you can craft the Mythic Unique.
Diablo 4 Nesekem Mythic Unique Glaive Drop
To get Nesekem, The Herald to drop, you’ll have to get lucky, very lucky. It’s a Mythic Unique, after all, which means you can get it to drop anywhere (the chances are minuscule) and that both Uber bosses Duriel and Andariel have a higher chance to drop one than any other bosses. Furthermore, the higher your Torment level, the higher the chances of a Mythic Unique dropping, and then you’ll have to hope it’s Nesekem.
I recommend using our in-depth Diablo 4 endgame farming loop for Mythic Uniques guide.
The long and short of it is that you should build up a tonne of Boss Summoning materials by running endgame activities and target-farm these materials via Kurast Undercity using Tribute of Titans for your runs, then at the end of the day, spend them all on killing endgame bosses, and do as many Duriel / Andariel runs as your drops allow, then rinse and repeat.
How To Craft Nesekem, the Herald
You can craft Nesekem at the Jeweler NPC if you have x2 Resplendent Sparks and three types of saught-after runes (six per type). Check out the recipe below.
- x2 Resplendent Spark
- x6 Yul
- x6 Wat
- x6 Tal
