When Is Necromancer Unlocked In The Diablo 4 Beta

Diablo 4 is one of the most anticipated games for 2023. Diablo 3 launched all the way back on May 15th, 2012, which is almost 11 years ago at this point. Although the game has since launched on several console platforms since then, this is the first brand-new Diablo game in a very long time.

To give players a taste of what they are going to get, a new beta is set to launch starting on March 17th. This will give players the opportunity to play Diablo 4 on a weekend, months in advance of the full launch of the game. One of the most anticipated character classes for players is the Necromancer. So the question now is can gamers play as the Necromancer in this upcoming beta test for Diablo 4?

Update on 20 March 2023: Starting on 24 March with the Open Beta weekend, Diablo 4 players will be able to enjoy the Necromancer class.

Necromancer Class Not Available For Diablo 4 Early Access Weekend

Diablo 4 has always been known for having unique and exciting classes for players to try out to fight their way against the forces of Hell. Depending on which class you choose in Diablo 4, your gameplay experience can be quite different from another player. That is why having a new character class like the Necromancer is so exciting.

With players so excited to play as the Necromancer, everyone wants to try it out for the first beta test weekend. However, they will not be able to do so. The Necromancer will not be available during the beta weekend that starts on March 17th.

When Will The Necromancer Be Available For Diablo 4?

Although the Necromancer will not be available during the first beta weekend, players will not have to wait until the game launches to play as this class. That is because there are in fact, two different beta weekends for players to check out the game. The first beta weekend is an early access beta and the next one will be an open beta.

The open beta for Diablo 4 starts on March 24th. During the open beta, everyone will be able to play in the Necromancer class. Once the open beta starts, players will be able to try the Necromancer class to see if they would like to use it in the full launch of Diablo 4.
