Diablo 4 is one of the most anticipated games for 2023. It has been over 10 years since the release of Diablo 4 and fans have been excited for the new addition to the mainline series of the game. Diablo 4 will launch in June, and with that in mind, Blizzard has been building a lot of excitement for this particular title.

There have been several beta tests that have happened in the last few weeks for Diablo 4. This has not only helped Blizzard stress test the servers but also built excitement for the game. Blizzard has created several trailers for Diablo 4 as well. One of them has even led to the creation of the Cathedral of Diablo in France.

The Cathedral Of Diablo Is Now Open

The Diablo series has a lot of history to it and Diablo 4 is adding to that history. The demons from hell are back and it is up to the players to fight them off. In that theme, churches and cathedrals are very common in the Diablo series. To really get players excited, Blizzard created the following-live action trailer.

In the trailer, you get a sneak peek at the story that is going to happen in the Diablo 4 game. You will see scenes of a painted cathedral that depicts the various classes that players can choose for their playthroughs. On top of that, there are paintings of Lilith inside of the church as well. Blizzard created a scene IRL that looks like it could have come from Diablo.

The Cathedral of Diablo is not simply a set piece that Blizzard created in their backyard. This is an actual cathedral that people can visit. The Cathedral of Diablo is actually the Chapelle des Jésuites in Cambrai, France. Blizzard worked with artist Adam Miller to transform the Cathedral that Diablo would be proud of.

On top of that, the Cathedral is open to the public for those who want to actually check out the art that is featured within the trailer. The Cathedral of Diablo is now open to the public for interested fans to take tours. Fans can check out the Cathedral from May 6th until June 11th. There might even be a special event in the Cathedral when the game launches on June 6th.
