All Diablo 4 Skins Crafting Material Types: How To Get

There are two known skins/leather types in Diablo 4 at the time of writing. These are Rawhide (Common) and Superior Leather (Magic). Players can get more by salvaging unwanted armor at the Blacksmith.

You can also get more Diablo 4 skins/leathers by slaying a variety of wildlife in Diablo 4, as well as beast-type enemies.

Please note: At the time of writing, it is unclear if there are more skins types and crafting materials to discover—the table below features information from WoWHead. We will update the list as soon as more information becomes available.

Diablo 4 Skin Type Use and Description How To Get
Rawhide (Common Crafting Material) Use: Common leather used for upgrading or crafting armor at the Blacksmith.

Lore Description: "Coarse, rugged leather used for garments, tools, and toys for the hounds of Sanctuary."
Get from Wildlife & Beast type monsters in Sanctuary. Salvage armor of any quality.
Superior Leather (Magic Crafting Material) Use: Rare leather used for upgrading or crafting armor at the Blacksmith.

Lore Description: "Supple, rugged leather used for fine garments and even finer armor."
Get from Wildlife & Beast type monsters in Sanctuary. Salvage Magic quality armor.
