First and foremost, it is important to note that there are 13 Unique items that any character class can use

There are, however, also Uniques in Diablo 4 that only Sorcerers can use. Uniques only start dropping on World Tier 3 (Nightmare) difficulty, and more possible drops unlock on World Tier 4 (Torment).

You can only have one Unique item equipped on your character. Below the image of the Staff of Lam Esen, you will find a list of Sorcerer Uniques to farm.

Esu's Heirloom (Boots):

  • Evade Grants +[30 – 50]% Movement Speed for 1 second.
  • +[1 - 17.5]% Movement Speed
  • +[1 - 28]% Movement Speed for 4 Seconds After Killing an Elite
  • +[1 - 12]% Shrine Buff Duration
  • +[1.5 - 20]% Slow Duration Reduction
  • Your Critical Strike Chance is increased by [15 – 25%] of your Movement Speed bonus.

Esadora's Overflowing Cameo (Amulet):

  • +[4 - 18.5]% Resistance to All Elements
  • +[1 - 14]% Non-Physical Damage
  • +[1 - 28]% Crackling Energy Damage
  • +[1 – 2] Ranks of the Shocking Impact Passive
  • +[1 - 17.5]% Movement Speed
  • Upon collecting Crackling Energy, there’s a 10% chance to release a lightning nova, dealing [12-3629] Lightning Damage.

Flamescar (1H Sword):

  • 1.2 Attacks per Second (Very Fast Weapon)
  • +[2-10]% Lucky Hit Chance
  • +[1 - 14]% Damage to Burning Enemies
  • +[1 - 14]% Non-Physical Damage
  • +[1 - 10]% Lucky Hit Chance with Fire Damage
  • +[1 – 3] Ranks of Incinerate
  • While Channeling Incinerate, you periodically shoot embers that are attracted to enemies, each dealing [4-1815] Fire damage.

Gloves of The Illuminator (Gloves):

  • +(3.0-8.0)% Critical Strike Chance
  • +(4.2-7.0)% Fireball attack speed
  • Lucky Hit: up to a +(7.0-14.0)% chance to stun
  • +(2-3) Ranks of Fireball(Sorcerer only)
  • Fireball now bounces as it travels, exploding each time it hits the ground, but its explosion deals (75-65)% less damage.

Iceheart Brais (Pants):

  • While Injured, Your Potion Also Restores 30% Resource
  • [28 - 42] Intelligence
  • +[7 - 14]% Damage to Freeze Enemies
  • +[21 - 35]% Damage to Injured Enemies
  • +[7 - 14]% Freeze Duration
  • Enemies that die while Frozen, have a [11 – 20%] chance to unleash a Frost Nova.

Raiment of the Infinite (Chest):

  • +[28 - 42] Intelligence
  • +[16.5 - 23.5]% Damage to Close Enemies
  • +[16.5 - 23.5]% Damage to Stun Enemies
  • +1 Ranks of the Glass Cannon Passive
  • After using Teleport, Close enemies are Pulled to you and Stunned for [2 – 3] seconds, but Teleport’s cooldown is increased by 20%.

Staff of Endless Rage (2H Staff):

  • +17.5% Damage to Crowd Controlled Enemies
  • +[12.5 - 19.5]% Core Skill Damage
  • +[4 - 10]% Fireball Attack Speed
  • +[13 - 20]% Lucky Hit Chance with Slow Damage
  • +[2 – 4] Ranks of Fireball
  • Every 3rd cast of Fireball launches 2 additional projectiles.

Staff of Lam Esen (2H Staff):

  • +[3 - 17.5]% Damage to Crowd-Controlled Enemies
  • +[7 - 14]% Lightning Damage
  • +[2 - 35]% Damage to Close Enemies
  • Lucky Hit: Up to 5% chance to restore +[1 to 14]% Primary Resource
  • Charged Bolts pierces but deal [30 – 40%] less damage.

That's all the Unique items that the Sorcerer class can use in Diablo 4. It is possible that the developers might add more with upcoming seasons, and there's always a chance there are some items that have not been found just yet.
