Fractured Peaks Chests Locations in Diablo 4
Navigating through the massive open-world environments of Diablo 4 is no easy task. You might miss Altars of Lilith, Cellars, and much more along the way unless you are a very dedicated completionist.
One other thing you might miss is the Chests that spawn throughout Fractured Peaks, especially in the first dozen hours of gameplay. If you want to go back and get some free, shiny loot by opening Chests in Fractured Peaks, then the image below will help you out.
This image, captured from the fantastic resource MapGenie, features the exact location of every single Chest spawns in Diablo 4’s Fractured Peaks zone.
It is important to note at this point that the Chest locations are accurate, but it could be that specific Chests are not in the overworld but instead in a Cellar, Dungeon, or Stronghold. Some also only unlock after an event/story element is completed.
There are a total of 136 Chest spawn locations in Diablo 4’s Fractured Peaks area that we currently know about, but there might be even more not found yet.
Diablo 4 Chest Loot/Items
Chests in Diablo 4 provide players with random loot/items and includes some Gold as well. You might find crafting resources, Gold, Gems, and items of various types/rarities. Furthermore, there’s even a very small chance that opening a chest could drop one of the game’s Unique items, but don’t hold your breath on that one.
What About Silent Chests in Diablo 4?
Throughout your journey through Fractured Peaks and subsequent zones in Diablo 4, you will sometimes come across Silent Chests. These are different from normal chests, as they require a Whispering Key to open. Players will have to carry the Whispering Keys in their inventory, so they are ready to open these locked chests once they discover one.
The only known way to get more Whispering Keys is to head to the Purveyor of Curiosities (gambling vendor) in any of the game’s town hubs. You can purchase a Whispering Key for 20 Obols at the gambling vendor.
