Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Diablo franchise at Blizzard, Rod Fergusson, was asked on Twitter: "Can you say anything about the Diablo 4 open beta?  For example, the month or whether in the first or second quarter."

Somewhat surprisingly, Rod Fergusson gave a teasing response, all but confirming we will hear about the Diablo 4 Open Beta in February 2023.

While the wording makes one believe we will definitely hear more about Diablo 4's Open Beta in February 2023, Rod Fergusson did use the word "might". Even so, we believe we can speculate as to the exact dates where Diablo 4's Open Beta details will be provided.

When Will Diablo 4 Open Beta Details Get Revealed?

Going by what Rod Fergusson said and the fact that Diablo 4 will be at IGN Fan Fest 2023, it is perfectly reasonable to assume we will get the long-awaited Open Beta details on either 17 or 18 February 2023 during IGN Fan Fest 2023.
