With  Diablo 4 Season 4 comes a host of loot-focused changes and additions, such as the Pit of Artificers, alongside revamped Helltides and Masterworking/Tempering. Don't worry, there are still some new endgame challenges as well, in the form of Tormented Echoes.

Tormented Echoes in Diablo 4 Season 4 provide the pinnacle of endgame challenges, not to be taken lightly. If you are brave enough, we'll explain how you can summon these powerful Uber bosses, so let's leap in.

What Are Tormented Echoes Uber Bosses in Diablo 4?

Thought Echo of Duriel was tough enough? Think again! Tormented Echoes are beefed-up versions of endgame bosses, taken all the way to level 200 to smack around even the strongest of characters.

Tormented Echoes drop "far more rewards," and all items dropped are guaranteed to be Level 925. It's your best shot at getting an Uber Unique item. To sweeten the pot even further, the first Tormented Echo you kill in Diablo 4 Season 4 will drop one (1) Resplendent Spark as a first-time reward, used to craft an Uber Unique of your choosing.
