Diablo 4 Couch Co-Op Requirements
On all consoles (PS4, PS5, Xbox One & Xbox Series X/S), you can get another player to join you in Diablo 4 via couch co-op play. Yes, you can start up your console, give a second controller to a like-minded demon slayer, and fight the hordes of the Burning Hells on one screen.
You will, of course, need a Battle.net account with the console account linked, but no other access is required.
Diablo 4 Co-Op Bonus XP
Diablo 4 will offer players bonus experience (XP) for banding together. While in couch co-op, you will obviously be in a party with a friend, and players will be close to one another. If you are near any player, you will receive 5% bonus experience gain, and if you are near a party member, you will receive 10% bonus experience.
Those in couch co-op will also be able to meet and invite other online players to their party, stacking up to four players total and some sweet bonus XP along with it.
