Where To Find Den Mother Boss In Diablo 4
You can find Den Mother in the Light’s Watch dungeon. It’s south of Kyovashad, the first major city you visit in the open beta. You can find her at the end of the dungeon, in the Light’s War room.
How To Beat Den Mother Boss In Diablo 4
Den Mother is one of the most challenging early-game dungeon bosses in Diablo 4, especially if you’re playing solo. If possible, call a friend for help, and if not, buckle up.
Firstly, Den Mother only deals melee attacks, so if you’re playing a ranged class like Sorcerer, you can easily avoid most of her abilities and slowly chuck away her health from a distance.
However, if you’re playing a melee class like Barbarian, you will have to be more cautious and ready to dodge her attacks at any instant. Thankfully, she only has two major attacks that you need to watch out for.
You will encounter the first one as soon as you enter the arena. Den Mother will hold out her arm and throw a flurry of slashing attacks on you. There is a brief period between when she raises her arm and swings it, so dodging this shouldn’t be very difficult. It deals a ton of damage, so make sure you avoid it.
The second major attack is when she covers the entire arena with blood pools. Try not to step on them, as they deal a ton of damage. The blood pools will appear every now and then, limiting your mobility, but fret not there will still be enough space for you to move around and avoid her attacks.
Halfway through the battle, she will spawn a few wolves in the arena. Quickly use any of your AOE skills to decimate them and focus your attention back on her.
Seldom, the Den Mother will vanish and appear right behind you. Continue to move around the arena so that no matter where she spawns, her attacks won’t reach you.
And that’s all the moves she has on her. Keep these in mind, and the Den Mother should be out in no time.
What loot does Den Mother drop in Diablo 4?
Like other bosses in Diablo 4, Den Mother drops random loots. However, expect at least one rare or magical item. Completing the Light’s Watch dungeon for the first time will also unlock the Aspect of Conflagration.
