Diablo 4 Blood Harvest Rewards: All Items & How To Claim

Attention Nephalem! In case you've been stuck in the Burning Hells and missed it, back in October 2023, Blizzard announced the Blood Harvest Blood Drive real-life initiative with the goal of harvesting a total of 666 quarts of blood. With the goal successful, you can now claim Blood Harvest rewards in Diablo 4.

We outline all the Blood Harvest item rewards in Diablo 4 (not to be confused with the in-game events that take place every hour) and how you can claim them, so let's leap forward and get to it!

All Blood Harvest Rewards in Diablo 4

As you can see from the image above, the Blood Harvest rewards are transmog items in Diablo 4. You can check out a complete list below.

• Dagger: Bloodpetal Anlace
• Axe: Bloodpetal Sever
• Necromancer Focus: Bloodpetal Heart
• Sword: Bloodpetal Blade
• Druid Staff: Bloodpetal Bludgeon
• The Loch Raeth Maor Barbarian Armor Cosmetic
• The Vermilion Eye Piebald Mount

How To Claim Diablo 4 Blood Harvest Items

First up, you did not have to donate any blood to qualify to get these items. All Diablo 4 players, no matter their region or platform, now permanently have these items unlocked in their Wardrobe on their Battle.net account. No claiming process is needed, as these items celebrate Blizzard's blood drive initiative success.

In the case of the Vermilion Eye Piebald mount, you must head to the stable to select it as an option.
